01Scope of this policy
This policy explains how Penguin Trading processes personal information when providing oldlining.com and preview.oldlining.com. You can browse public research pages without signing in. Personal saved features and wallet-based swaps require information needed to maintain your account and records.
02Sign-in and profile information
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive an account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as a name and profile image, through Supabase Auth. We use this information to authenticate you and maintain your account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files, and do not receive your Google password. For email-code sign-in, our authentication and email services process your email address and verification message. For wallet sign-in and linking, we and Supabase verify your public wallet address, network family and signed sign-in message. Verified identities are associated with a stable account identifier; we do not collect your private keys or recovery phrase. Optional profile information, such as a display name or biography, is processed when you choose to provide and save it.
03Research records you save
We store the projects you watch, notes, named screening plans, related operation records and public wallet addresses you choose to follow, together with the associated account and record times. This supports saving, viewing and synchronizing your research across devices. These records are not published as public posts. Following a wallet address does not establish that you own it. When you use Penguin Trading, we process the selected wallet address, token balances needed for the swap, quotes, transaction parameters, amounts, transaction hashes and execution status. Trade records are associated with your account. Public blockchain transactions remain publicly visible regardless of whether you delete your website account.
04Website operation and browser storage
We and necessary service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, access times, requests and error records to deliver the website, maintain sign-in and troubleshoot faults. Cookies or browser storage support sign-in sessions, language preferences, page state and pending actions. Browser session storage may temporarily retain a pending trade identifier, transaction hash or signed transaction to recover its submission status after an interruption. Clearing browser data may sign you out or remove unsaved drafts. Browser storage does not replace market-data updates. Acknowledging this policy does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Optional visit analytics: only on oldlining.com, we load Google Analytics 4 after you choose Allow analytics. Before consent, after rejection or withdrawal, and when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, analytics requests are blocked. Preview and local sites, sign-in flows, account pages, personal records, transactions, workbench pages, and project or wallet detail pages are not measured. We manually send public section-level page views with static titles and origin-only referrers; we do not send account identifiers, email addresses, wallet or contract addresses, complete query strings or fragments, notes, searches, filter inputs or trade content. Google may receive technical browser/device information, an IP address in network communication, and first-party analytics cookie identifiers. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and advertising consent stays denied. Analytics cookies and your consent choice last up to 180 days. You can change your choice through Visit analytics in the footer; withdrawal stops further collection and clears our analytics cookies, but does not itself delete information already received by Google. 05Service providers and research lookups
Cloudflare runs the website; Supabase provides authentication and storage for personal records; Resend delivers verification email. Google participates when you choose its sign-in method. OKX DEX APIs provide supported networks, token balances, swap routes and transaction status. The selected wallet address, network, tokens, amounts and transaction information are sent as needed to provide the requested swap; your Google profile and research notes are not needed for those requests. Your wallet provider handles signature requests, and signed transactions may be submitted through that wallet or the transaction service. A public network, token contract or wallet address may be sent to a data provider to answer a research query. Such queries do not need your private notes or Google profile. Service providers participate to perform the relevant service.
06Purposes and disclosure
We use this information to provide and maintain features, authenticate accounts, protect records, respond to support requests and improve the service. Google sign-in does not authorize access to other Google content. Personal research records are disclosed only where needed to provide the service, where you choose or authorize disclosure, where applicable requirements demand it, or where necessary to protect legitimate rights. New purposes or uses requiring a separate choice will be explained separately.
07Storage, retention and security
Information may be processed in the regions where our service providers operate and may not remain entirely in your country. We limit access according to the needs of the service and retain information for the purposes described here, necessary dispute handling and applicable requirements. After a deletion request is completed, some logs and backups may remain temporarily under operational retention schedules or applicable obligations. Retained copies are not used to republish your personal records. No online service can promise absolute security.
08Your choices and requests
Available controls let you view or update records and sign out. You may contact support@oldlining.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. We will verify account ownership and respond in accordance with applicable requirements. Account deletion is different from signing out. Revoking access in Google or unlinking a sign-in method does not automatically delete records already saved with Penguin Trading.
09Updates and contact
Changes to this policy will be reflected in its date. Material changes to information processing will receive an appropriate notice and, where needed, a separate request for consent. Questions about personal information, your account or this policy can be sent to support@oldlining.com.
