SNS is the governance token of Solana Name Service. It is used to vote on protocol upgrades, fee structures, and partnerships, as well as to propose key decisions affecting the protocol's development and resource allocation. The token was created by .sol holders for .sol holders to align the future of the Solana Name Service with its most frequent users, so that the .sol community can decide how to support participation, reward builders, and shape their own .sol experience.
