USDG is a USD-pegged stablecoin issued by Paxos Digital Singapore, which is a Major Payments Institution supervised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is used for payments, settlements, treasury and more. Unlike traditional stablecoins where issuers retain all reserve yields, USDG distributes approximately 97% of network economics to participating partners based on their contributions to adoption and liquidity provision.
