Penguin Research is a cryptocurrency research website at oldlining.com. This policy also covers its preview site at preview.oldlining.com. You can browse public research pages without signing in. Signing in lets you save personal research records.

Information we process

When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile image, through Supabase Auth. Supabase stores this identity information and manages your account and sign-in session. We use it to authenticate you, maintain your account and associate your saved records with you. We request basic identity, email and profile access. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files.

If you choose email sign-in, Supabase and our email delivery service, Resend, process your email address and sign-in message to send a verification code or link. We do not receive your Google password or email account password.

We store the project watchlist, notes, named filters, filter-operation history and public wallet addresses you choose to follow, together with the related account and record timestamps. These records are associated with your account and are not published as public posts. Following a wallet address does not establish that you own it.

Website operation and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and runs the website. Cloudflare and Supabase process technical request and authentication information, which may include IP addresses, browser information, request times and error details, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. We use technical request and usage information to operate and improve the service. Supabase provides authentication and storage for personal records; Resend delivers sign-in email.

Public token and wallet addresses used for research lookups may be sent to external data services to obtain the requested research data. These lookups do not require your Google profile or personal notes.

Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Browser storage remembers preferences and page state, and temporarily retains a pending action or draft while you sign in. Clearing browser data may remove unsaved state or sign you out.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can use the available controls to manage saved records and sign out. You can also remove Penguin Research's access through your Google Account settings; this does not by itself delete records already stored by Penguin Research.

To request deletion of your account or personal records, contact support@oldlining.com. Account deletion requests are handled through support. We may ask for information to verify that the request concerns your account. Retention of account data, logs and backups depends on their purpose, service operation and applicable requirements.
