sUSDS is an ERC-4626 tokenized vault representing USDS deposits in the Sky Savings Rate module. It is used to earn yield on USDS while maintaining the ability to transfer, stake, and use the token across DeFi protocols on Ethereum and Base. Unlike USDS, which targets a stable $1 value, sUSDS appreciates over time as yield accrues, allowing holders to redeem it for more USDS than originally deposited.
