XRP Ledger token permission fix expected to go live on November 4

on November 2, according to XRPL network data, the support rate for the XRP Ledger fix proposal fixCleanup3_4_0 reached 94.29% and is expected to take effect on November 4, pending validator participation and the progress of network voting.

According to official XRPL documentation, prior to the activation of this fix, delegates with token burn authority may also mint new fungible tokens under certain conditions; therefore, it is advised to refrain from delegating this authority for now.
