on November 1, according to an official Binance announcement, as part of ongoing security response measures, the platform has updated its proof-of-reserves address list to include newly generated wallet addresses. All subsequent withdrawals will be processed from these new wallet addresses.

Previously, Binance stated that withdrawals would be resumed in phases following the security incident, and Bitcoin network withdrawals are now open.
