According to a report by Bloomberg, OpenAI has signed multiple agreements to deploy its technology to energy companies, investment institutions, and government departments in the UAE to deepen cooperation while seeking billions of dollars in financing from state-backed investors in the country.

According to a statement released by the Abu Dhabi Media Office on Monday, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has traveled to Abu Dhabi to hold talks with Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
