According to Pliant's announcement, the company has completed a $80 million Series C financing round, led by Seaya Nova and Speedinvest, with participation from Illuminate Financial, Motive Ventures, and Molten. The funds will be used for expansion in the United States and Canada, entering more international markets, and accelerating the AI payment roadmap.

The company stated that it has doubled its business for three consecutive years, with annual recurring revenue exceeding $100 million, and can open its B2B payment infrastructure to external AI entities such as Claude and ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
