on October 28, according to Tech in Asia, Korea's Mirae Asset Securities (Mirae Asset Securities) Hong Kong subsidiary, Mirae Asset Securities (HK), announced it has completed the issuance of a tokenized financing note on the Solana blockchain for eligible institutional investors. The note is denominated in US dollars, carries a six-month term, and offers a floating interest rate. It is included in the company's $3 billion secured structured note program (the figure refers to the program's total scale, not the issuance amount for this offering).

Singapore-regulated digital market infrastructure operator Marketnode served as the authorized distributor, supported by the Solana Foundation, while Mirae Asset handled the token issuance, payments, and full lifecycle management. The note was offered exclusively via private placement to professional investors as defined under Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Ordinance, and has not been recognized or registered by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
