List of cryptocurrencies eligible for non-qualified investors finalized, Russian Central Bank includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether

Odaily: The Russian Central Bank has finalized the list of cryptocurrencies that can be offered to non-qualified investors, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether. Previously, the Moscow Exchange planned to list trading of these three cryptocurrencies on December 1.
