XRP profitable long wallets drop to just 1, shorts add 2.1 million units

According to TechFlow on November 8, citing Bitcoin.com News, data from on-chain analytics firm Santiment on November 6 shows that only one of its tracked "most profitable XRP wallets" remains long, and this wallet has executed no transactions since August; three active shorts have collectively added approximately 2.1 million XRP positions since late October. This data is presented alongside a prediction on the Score Arena platform forecasting a drop to $0.99: the trader stated that if XRP closes above $1.36, their call would be incorrect, and XRP has already fallen roughly 10% since they made the announcement. As of November 7, XRP traded around $1.16, requiring another ~15% decline to reach $0.99; the prediction will settle on November 19. Other notable spot and on-chain structural metrics include: wallets holding at least 1 million XRP reached 2,147 on November 3, marking the highest level since 2026, an increase of 28 addresses over 10 days; the XRP Ledger saw 7,934 new wallets created on November 1, the sixth-highest figure this year. Santiment believes that only with daily new wallets maintained above approximately 4,000 and the price reclaiming the $1.30 level would a more constructive signal form.
