The three major U.S. stock indices opened higher collectively, with some storage concept stocks strengthening

According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones up 0.68%, the S&P 500 index up 0.48%, and the Nasdaq up 0.68%.

Some storage concept stocks strengthened, with SK Hynix (SKHY.O) up 2.4%, Micron Technology (MU.O) up 0.3%, Oracle set to issue $10 billion in bonds, initially down 4.1%; Marvell Technology (MRVL.O) will acquire Lumentum (LITE.O), with stock prices down 3.4% and down 6.2%, respectively.
