ICE Reposts Trade[XYZ] Partnership Post, Clarifying Plan Awaits Regulatory Approval
on October 31, according to ICE's latest official post, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, reiterated its partnership with Trade[XYZ], clarifying that both parties plan to introduce Hyperliquid-based perpetual contracts to the United States, with related arrangements pending regulatory approval.
ICE stated that the new platform will operate independently of its institutional futures business, targeting retail traders, and plans to offer round-the-clock trading for crypto assets, equities, indices, commodities, and foreign exchange. Users will gain access through U.S. regulated futures commission merchants that conduct KYC and anti-money laundering checks, including an ICE-OKX joint venture. Both parties will also apply for regulatory approval to enable leveraged trading.
