Affected Vaults Replenished, Loopscale Suspends Protocol Operations in Response to Ongoing Attacks

According to Odaily monitoring, over the past week, attackers have persistently targeted the protocol, with Loopscale's API receiving over 30,000 malicious requests daily; all user deposits are currently safe. Previously, after security systems detected a significant escalation in attacks, the team swiftly suspended protocol operations to mitigate impact. The attack attempts primarily targeted the SOL and USDC Genesis Vaults, which have since been replenished with no losses to user deposits. Loopscale stated that normal operations will not resume until the full scope of the attacks is clarified and further security hardening is completed; the protocol interface will reopen soon, and repayment functionality will be restored as quickly as possible to reduce the risk of unintended liquidations. The team has disclosed 4 associated addresses and stated that it is working with federal law enforcement and security professionals, with important updates to be released continuously.
