SBI Digital Markets and Ember explore on-chain RWA distribution

on November 3, according to an official announcement from SBI Digital Markets, SBI Digital Markets has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ember Protocol to explore the structuring, tokenization, and on-chain distribution of institutional real-world assets (RWAs), initially targeting Arbitrum as the target network.

The two parties plan to combine SBI Digital Markets' asset development, structuring, and institutional distribution capabilities with Ember's tokenization, vault deployment, and liquidity infrastructure to explore RWA products designed and distributed by SBI Digital Markets and operated through Ember's infrastructure. The scope of cooperation covers product issuance, investor subscription and redemption, settlement, and the secondary market.
