Tesla adjusts Texas factory plans, Cybertruck production capacity shifts to Cybercab

Elon Musk stated that Tesla plans to gradually reduce Cybertruck production at its Texas factory starting in mid-2027 to expand the production of Cybercab.

Tesla began producing Cybertruck at its Austin factory in 2023, but market demand has been poor. Tesla has been producing the golden two-seater Cybercab at the Austin factory as an important part of its transformation plan.
