Hong Kong Team Plans to Expand to 30 People, Solana Company Expands Tokenization Business

Joseph Chee, Chairman and CEO of Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Solana Company, said the company plans to expand its Hong Kong operations, growing its local team from fewer than 10 people to as many as 30 to meet tokenization demand.

Joseph Chee stated that the United States is progressing faster in tokenization, and the company expects to evaluate the Hong Kong market in about six months; if no large tokenization service provider has emerged locally by then, the company may build its own team to meet banking demand. Last month, Solana Company was listed as a key enterprise by the Hong Kong SAR government's Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, and its Hong Kong operations also serve as its new Asia-Pacific headquarters, positioned as a digital asset infrastructure and service provider.
