Galaxy Digital Q3 net income reached $323 million, adjusted EBITDA reached $455 million

On October 27, Galaxy Digital released its Q3 2026 earnings report, posting a net profit of $323 million and turning around from an $85 million loss in the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA reached $455 million, total assets grew 51% quarter-over-quarter to $16.4 billion, and cash, stablecoins, and U.S. Treasury bonds totaled $4.9 billion, nearly doubling sequentially.

In its digital assets business, trading volume grew 12% quarter-over-quarter, outperforming the broader spot market. Combined assets under management and staking grew 46% sequentially to $10.4 billion, and the company entered into a multi-year partnership with BNY Mellon to provide staking support for its digital asset custody platform. Adjusted EBITDA for the data center business surged nearly five times quarter-over-quarter to $69 million, primarily reflecting the first full operating quarter after Phase I of the Helios project delivered 133 MW of compute capacity to CoreWeave. Phase II has commenced construction with full financing; to this end, the company completed a $3.5 billion issuance of senior secured bonds. The overall power pipeline has expanded to over 5.7 GW, with data centers expected to begin delivery in Q2 2027.

Regarding capital operations, the company's $200 million share repurchase program launched in February was completed on October 15, with approximately 9.8 million shares repurchased cumulatively. The board of directors approved an additional $200 million repurchase authorization on October 26.
