Jenner hard fork upgrade has launched on the BSC testnet

BNB Chain announced on X platform that the Jenner hard fork upgrade has launched on the BSC testnet. The upgrade includes Payment Lane, which reserves 5% of block Gas by default for eligible payments; millisecond-level block timestamps for smart contracts; and a new compliant asset standard, CAS20. Payment Lane and CAS20 will only be fully enabled after governance approval, with more details to be announced later.
