on Nov. 6, according to BeInCrypto, data from the aggregator platform CriptoYA shows that at 04:08 Beijing Time, the best USDT ask price on Paraguay's Binance P2P market was 6,392.9 Guarani per token, less than 0.1% above the Central Bank of Paraguay's interbank USD closing exchange rate of 6,388.47 Guarani on Nov. 5.

The previously circulated premium of approximately 13% stemmed from comparing a high P2P sell quote with the official USD exchange rate of 6,144 Guarani on Nov. 4. As TechFlow previously reported, this quote from certain Bybit sellers is a listing price, not an actual transaction price.
