Singapore data center operator STT GDC plans to apply for S$3.1 billion syndicated loan

on November 2, according to Bloomberg, Singapore data center operator STT GDC Pte. is negotiating a S$3.1 billion (approximately $2.4 billion) syndicated loan with several banks. Sources familiar with the deal said Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, OCBC, and DBS Bank will serve as global coordinators, agents, and bookrunners for the financing.
