Franklin Templeton to Launch Dividend Reinvestment Bitcoin ETF Targeting a 5% BTC Allocation

on October 26, according to U.S. SEC filings, Franklin Templeton has registered two index ETFs that reinvest stock dividends into Bitcoin for listing on Nasdaq: the Franklin US Equity Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF (FBEQ) and the Franklin US Innovation Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF (FIBT).

Both ETFs invest in U.S. stocks and reinvest dividends into Bitcoin, targeting a 5% Bitcoin allocation. The respective funds focus on large-cap U.S. stocks and innovative companies. Their investment strategy is similar to tracking the S&P 500 or Nasdaq 100 indexes, while using dividends to accumulate BTC, providing ordinary investors with a pathway to gain Bitcoin exposure.
