Binance Co-Founder CZ Warns Against Fake Wallet Phishing Websites

on November 5, Binance co-founder CZ posted a message reminding users to be wary of phishing websites and to carefully distinguish between .cam and .com domains.

In a post cited by CZ, security researcher Anurag reported that a spoofed Trust Wallet website lured users into connecting their crypto wallets under the pretext of reviewing transfers. Its script supports Trust Wallet, Phantom, and OKX wallets, capable of scanning wallet balances and preparing to transfer funds to a fixed address; the transaction signing feature was disabled at the time.
