CBB says Papertrade changed the rules after collecting $5.5 million in fees
Odaily: CBB posted on X that Papertrade is worth studying: first launch a Ponzi scheme that everyone knows is a Ponzi scheme and accepts as such; then collect $5.5 million in fees from participants and sell $200,000 worth of pants to crypto users; afterward, someone says "this might be a Ponzi scheme," so the project team changes the rules to destroy the scheme and then goes offline.
