on November 3, JAN3 CEO Samson Mow stated that the Liquid federation wallet has once again received 300 BTC, reducing the reserve gap to approximately 250 BTC.

On-chain transactions show that this 300 BTC transfer has been confirmed in Bitcoin block 974299. The phased recovery plan previously announced by Liquid requires first restoring the 1:1 fully reserved backing of L-BTC with BTC, before controllably resuming direct federation redemptions for authorized key holders.
