GoPlus warns that multiple versions of Android contain critical security vulnerabilities, and users need to update to the latest security patch.

According to TechFlow, on November 5, GoPlus Security issued a reminder that Android has released an important security advisory affecting Android 14, 15, 16, 16 QPR2, and 17 due to serious security vulnerabilities. Users need to navigate to the System Version page in their phone settings to check their security patch level and install system updates provided by their device manufacturers. The advisory indicates that the November 1, 2026 patch only fixes the CVE-2026-58868 vulnerability; upgrading to the November 5, 2026, or a newer version is required to cover all vulnerabilities listed in this month's bulletin.
