Russia's crypto investor testing standards have been finalized, with brokers expected to begin testing as early as late November

Ekaterina Andreeva, First Vice President of the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR), stated at Crypto Summit 2026 that Russia's testing standards for crypto investors on regulated platforms have been finalized, and the draft was submitted to the Bank of Russia's Base Standards Committee last week. Brokers are expected to begin testing clients as early as late November, and test results will be valid across all regulated platforms, with question banks and procedures expected to remain uniform across all types of licensed institutions.
