The business adjustments also include transferring assets related to the Such App mobile application to Dogecoin Labs in exchange for $4 million worth of equity, as well as plans to acquire McQueen Labs' MCQ Markets token platform and micro-lending business. For the token platform, the transaction consideration is $15 million, proposed to be paid through common stock, non-voting convertible preferred shares, and promissory notes, pending satisfaction of subsequent closing conditions.

Additionally, the company is evaluating financing options, a reverse stock split, and a rebranding plan.
