Coinbase Legal: New Jersey Withdraws Staking Lawsuit and Lifts Injunction

on November 3, according to Coinbase legal counsel Molly Abraham, New Jersey has formally withdrawn its staking lawsuit against Coinbase and lifted the stop order, paving the way for local users to resume staking.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated that New Jersey users will soon be able to participate in staking again. Abraham noted that the company will also continue to advance related efforts in Wisconsin, Maryland, California, and Washington.
