Data: Circle minted 1 billion USDC on the Solana network within 10 minutes

According to Whale Alert monitoring, USDC Treasury minted a total of 1 billion USDC on the Solana network in 4 transactions, each for 250 million, between 02:12 and 02:22 (UTC+8).

Solscan data shows that the receiving address is the USDC Treasury token account controlled by Circle, which currently holds approximately 1.756 billion USDC.
