Solana Co-founder: Startups Must Be Closely Managed Before Achieving Product-Market Fit

He believes that before product-market fit, the CEO or product lead needs to meticulously manage and intervene in all areas; as the team gets busy solving actual growth problems, their understanding of these issues may surpass that of the CEO.
