Revolut Completes Share Sale, Valuation Rises to $115 Billion

According to TechFlow on November 4, citing Tech Funding News, UK fintech company Revolut has completed a new round of share sales, bringing its valuation to $115 billion. This marks a 53% increase from its $75 billion valuation in November 2025 and more than doubles its $45 billion valuation in 2024. The round was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates, and Baillie Gifford, with participation from both existing and new investors. The company has not yet disclosed the specific transaction amount or the number of shares sold, though employees were also given the opportunity to sell shares.

Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky stated that the company currently has over 80 million users, with its next goal set at 100 million. With a 2025 pre-tax profit of $2.3 billion, the latest valuation implies a multiple of approximately 50x. Storonsky previously noted that an IPO is still at least two years away, and the company prefers a listing in the United States.
