Scaramucci: Trump Likely to Suffer Crushing Defeat in Midterms—and He Knows It All Too Well

on November 3, former White House Communications Director and SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci said in a Tuesday interview with CNBC that U.S. President Donald Trump will suffer a "crushing defeat" in the midterm elections, and he knows it himself.

"You only get one vote and only one opportunity to take a satisfaction poll for the U.S. president, which is the midterm election. And right now, people are not satisfied," Scaramucci added. "He promised to make the cost of living affordable, promised to stay out of endless wars, and pledged to release the Epstein files. But he has delivered on none of these promises, and therefore, many within the MAGA camp are gradually drifting away from him." Scaramucci served as White House Communications Director during Trump's first term in 2017, but only stayed in the role for 10 days. (Jin10)
