Self-operated trading platform Over plans to raise funds through MetaDAO

Traders will collectively plan fundraising through MetaDAO for the proprietary trading platform Over, with a proposed minimum fundraising amount of $250,000. Token holders can participate in treasury management, and team token unlocks are linked to performance. Over claims to be the first proprietary trading platform owned by traders on Solana, with ownership arrangements covering intellectual property and protections for token holders in the event of acquisitions.

Users can choose the scale and maximum loss of simulated cryptocurrency or stock perpetual accounts, paying fees daily in USDC. After meeting the criteria, they can apply to withdraw 80% of qualified simulated profits; the longer the account remains active, the higher the withdrawal limit. Initial market data comes from Hyperliquid and Phoenix, with daily fees adjusted based on payout reserve coverage and demand, and surpluses counted towards reserves. Over also plans to allow third parties to assess and operate proprietary tasks on the same chain with risk control systems. The team refers to its members as founders with operational backgrounds, managing assets close to $1 billion, and having over 10 years of experience in traditional financial infrastructure, on-chain data, products, and markets. The fundraising is scheduled for Thursday, October 29.
