Oracle falls 2.5% in pre-market, to issue $10 billion in notes

According to MSX.COM data, Oracle fell 2.5% in pre-market trading. Filings show that Oracle (ORCL.N) will issue a total of $10 billion in floating-rate and fixed-rate notes, maturing between 2029 and 2046.
