NVIDIA's Jensen Huang Endorses Marvell and Lumentum's $100 Billion Merger Deal

According to TechFlow, on November 3, sources revealed that executives from Marvell Technology (MRVL.O) and Lumentum received support from Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang prior to finalizing this nearly $103 billion merger deal. Marvell CEO Matt Murphy and Lumentum CEO Michael Hurlston both spoke with Huang by phone ahead of the announcement to seek his counsel. Hurlston said early Monday: "I believe Nvidia's reaction was very positive.

We believe that through this merger, we can provide Nvidia with more diversified products more quickly." This marks the second-largest M&A deal in tech history, with Huang's statement highlighting Nvidia's role as a leader in the AI field, actively driving integration among its key suppliers.
