Meta raises its stock financing plan to 97.5 billion USD

Meta Platforms stated that the company plans to raise funds through stock issuance to support investments in the field of artificial intelligence, increasing the financing scale from $95 billion to $97.5 billion.

Meta has raised the scale of common stock issuance from $22.5 billion to $25 billion, with the total financing amount potentially reaching approximately $103 billion.
