Danske Bank: AI capital expenditures flat or limited growth

Danish Bank strategists pointed out that despite the rise of the S&P 500 index and the European Stoxx 600 index, AI-related stocks rebounded for the third consecutive day, but Alphabet and Microsoft's earnings reports showed a divergence in AI-related revenue and capital expenditures.

The flat capital expenditure guidance may limit the gains in the data center and semiconductor industries. The market reacted negatively to the earnings reports of major cloud computing companies, with the Korea Composite Stock Price Index falling 0.7% and Nasdaq futures dropping 0.9%.
