Seoul Court dismisses Dunamu's lawsuit against Bithumb for plagiarism

According to Digital Asset, the Civil Division 63 of the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea dismissed all lawsuits filed by Dunamu, the operator of South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, against its competitor, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb, and ordered Dunamu to bear all litigation costs.

Previously, Dunamu accused Bithumb of copying its API documentation and sought compensation of approximately 200 million Korean won (about 140,000 USD).
