According to the official announcement from Alchemy Pay, the company has obtained a Money Transmission License (MTL) issued by the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance. Currently, the number of states in the U.S. where it has obtained a money transmission license has increased to 20, and applications for licenses in several other states are still under review.
