on October 26, Strategy founder and Executive Chairman Michael Saylor announced that Strategy has repurchased $205 million worth of STRC. As of October 25, 2026, the company holds 848,517 BTC and $5.1 billion in USD assets.

Saylor also disclosed related credit risk metrics. Under the assumptions of a 10% annualized return rate (ARR) for BTC, 40% BTC volatility, and a BTC price of $81,200, the USD duration stands at 3.4 years, and the STRC BTC Credit spread is 54 basis points.
