Keystone Announces Progress on Data Breach Response: All Shipments Suspended, Shipping Information Retention Period Shortened to 90 Days

on October 30, according to a statement published on the official X account of the Keystone hardware wallet, Keystone has updated its previously committed remediation measures. The retention period for shipping information has been reduced from 180 days to 90 days, effective immediately. After receiving their orders, users can contact customer service to request the immediate deletion of related data. The team has emailed all affected users via support@keyst.one and suspended all shipments. All partner warehouses, including Amazon warehouses, have started isolating the impacted devices. Guided by user feedback, the team continues to enhance the security of the affected user inquiry page.

Keystone also reminds users to remain vigilant against phishing attacks. Correspondence regarding this incident will exclusively come from support@keyst.one; users should verify the sender each time. The official team will never request mnemonic phrases via email, direct message, or phone call. Any messages urging immediate action should be verified with the official team first. Keystone stated that follow-up measures will be announced within the next few days, and once again apologizes to users.
