South Korean court dismisses API copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Upbit operator Dunamu against Bithumb, ordering it to bear all litigation costs.

on November 5, according to Digital Asset, the 63rd Civil Trial Division of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the API documentation plagiarism lawsuit filed by Upbit operator Dunamu against Bithumb, dismissed all claims made by the plaintiff, and ordered Dunamu to bear all litigation costs.

Previously, Dunamu accused Bithumb of copying its API documentation and demanded 200 million KRW in compensation. The court ultimately did not support Dunamu's claim.
