on November 5, according to an official announcement from Mercado Bitcoin, the platform plans to gradually resume services starting November 9, initially opening website access for users to check their balances, account statements, assets, and investment status.

Features such as transfers, withdrawals, and trading will be progressively reopened across modules after passing final security verification. The exchange stated that customers will not incur asset losses due to the security incident, and any assets involved will be compensated by the company using its own funds.
