HumanLayer joins Factory, with a transition period of at least 30 days for the existing platform.

on November 5, according to an official announcement from HumanLayer, coding agent collaboration platform HumanLayer announced it is joining enterprise AI software engineering company Factory. The team plans to introduce features such as multi-user tasks, document and planning collaboration, and real-time session diff streams into Factory.

HumanLayer stated that the existing platform will continue to operate for a transition period of at least 30 days. Users can export data, migrate to Factory, or self-host the open-source version. The company will also refund past monthly fees to paying users.
