Hardware wallet manufacturer NGRAVE warns it is facing advanced cyber threats, reminding users to beware of scams impersonating official channels.
According to TechFlow, on October 28, crypto hardware wallet manufacturer NGRAVE stated it is currently facing advanced cyber threats, with its team continuously monitoring and addressing related risks. It warned users to be vigilant against scams impersonating NGRAVE via direct messages, emails, notifications, websites, and customer service accounts, emphasizing that official channels will never request users' seed phrases or Perfect Keys. Users should only input their seed phrase on the ZERO hardware device's built-in screen when recovering their wallet, and must never enter it on smartphones, computers, or websites. Officials recommend manually typing the official website domain to avoid phishing links.
