He Yi: The address receiving 2,000 BTC is Binance's new wallet.

On November 1, according to Binance co-founder He Yi, the receiving address of a 2,000 BTC transfer monitored by Whale Alert is a new Binance wallet address, and the new withdrawal address has been added to the proof of reserves.

Whale Alert previously stated that this approximately $156 million worth of BTC was transferred from Binance to an unknown wallet.
