Scroll plans to shift to a permissioned network, intending to migrate SCR and USX to the Ethereum mainnet

The Ethereum Layer 2 network Scroll announced the summary of the DAO monthly meeting, further revealing the network transformation plan, which intends to adjust the existing network to a permissioned network and migrate SCR and USX to the Ethereum mainnet. Scroll stated that it will submit a detailed proposal later to review the relevant transformation arrangements through the governance process.

To facilitate the transition, Scroll is preparing to help users check their existing positions and safely transfer or withdraw assets during the network transformation period. In addition, Scroll's AI application Compass has launched a paid subscription service on iOS, while the Android version and more fiat payment methods are still under development. The Compass API is also expanding support for different AI models.
