on October 30, around 04:06 Beijing Time, Whale Alert monitored the transfer of 185,017,485 XRP from Binance to an unknown new wallet, valued at approximately $236 million based on the transaction price.

The receiving address is a newly created wallet with no public label, making it temporarily impossible to identify its owner or fund usage. Transfers of large assets out of exchanges are generally considered withdrawals or custody adjustments, and the specific intent still awaits further on-chain tracking.
